Meet Rosie, our new puppy. She has not been with us a week yet, but we are all in love with her. I expect you will be seeing a lot more of her, and perhaps this will become a dog blog. I haven't done much crafting since she arrived, and am having to keep all my knitting on a high shelf. I have been banned from making her a dog coat, but ha, we will see about that.
We have never had a dog before, so it is a bit of a learning experience. At the moment it is just like having a new baby. She sleeps a lot, and then has short bursts of extreme playfulness. She is very relaxed and nice natured, and good at night. I can't wait for when we can take her out for walks.
Hello Rosie! You are delightful and sweet!
ReplyDeleteOhhhhh look at that adorable face!
ReplyDeleteIt would be impossible not to be in love at first sight, what a cutie pie! Expect that two year old behavior for about two years!

She is so cute...and yes, that is a doleful expression, but she is probably just camera shy. Thanks for sharing, and here's MY SATURDAY SNAPSHOT POST
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! I'm looking forward to seeing more photos of Rosie as she grows. I see a custom-knit dog coat in her future.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness!!! I want to snuggles that little face! So cute!
ReplyDeleteShe's gorgeous. I grew up with a yellow Labrador, she was a retired guide dog producing mum when we got her so we never did the puppy thing though. They are such good natured dogs and if you feed them lots they will love you forever!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cutie! She looks gorgeous x
ReplyDeleteShe is beautiful:) No doubt you will soon settle into a routine and be able to play and craft too:)
ReplyDeleteRosie is so sweet but warning they can be exhausting when puppies. This comes from being owned by 3 golden Retrievers over the past 34 years, the current one now almost 6 is just as demanding. He is though a constant companion and always with when I am working. Enjoy the puppy time.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the new addition! She has a sweet face.
ReplyDeleteAhhh bless! Congratulations, she looks adorable. xx
ReplyDeleteOh, what a cutie! I'm jealous--the kids and I are campaigning for a puppy, but we have yet to convince my husband!
ReplyDeleteThose eyes can melt anyone's heart. Congratulations on your new puppy. Your life has changed forever. It will be full of love and devotion. There is nothing like the love of a dog. And this is coming from someone who was terrified of dogs for years until we got one of own.
