A bit of an autumn feel with some of your projects this month.

Alexandra of Eye Love Knots reviews a pattern for this Foxy Headband.

Liz of Howling at the Moon has made this Granny Go Round top for herself. Great colour combination.

Raji of Raji's Craft Hobby has made a toy truck storage box. I think this is such a great idea and would really help get children to enjoy tidying up as they load the truck.

And finally Tonna of Sew Crafty Crochet has made this beautiful autumn table runner.

Expect a bit more of a rural feel to Ginx Craft, as now my daughter has finished school, this month I am finally giving up my town/country life and properly heading to the country. And tomorrow I have a table at a craft fair in the village hall. Bit terrified, but here goes.

Ginx Woolly Linx Party June

 

Welcome to the June Ginx Woolly Linx Party. I hope you are all enjoying a bit of nice weather, in your part of the world. Here in the UK we have a bit of relaxation of the covid rules, but stiil trying to keep safe.

I love this preemie out fit from Linda's Crafty Corner. The stitch is called mosaic crochet, but to me it looks like a waffle.

Eye Love Knots has reviewed the pattern for this Cross-Pollination Bag. So pretty, I would really like a bag like this.

Flickensalat has made this beautiful wavey long jacket for summer. Isn't it beautiful?

and finally I really enjoyed seeing this crochet light shade from Howling at the Moon. It is nice to see home decor projects.

Ginx Woolly Linx Party May

 

I have got a little bit of spring fever with my featured projects from the April party.

I love this little set of crochet butterfly baby clothes for a newborn from Inekedc blog.

Zelenti trenutki has taken some beautiful nature photographs of spring in Slovenia. And her flower crochet in spring colurs is very pretty.

Sew Crafty Crochet has combined sections of her jeans with crochet to make this stunning cream and denim scarf. So original, and I love it when project recycles things that might otherwise just be thrown out.

And finally Lalka Crochetka has make this perfect geisha doll, and she looks so charming under the pink blossom.

Ginx Woolly Linx Party March

It definitely seems like Spring is in the air where I am. Buds are starting to appear, as well as some early flowers - snowdrops, daffodils and primroses. It has seemed like a long winter, and although I will be back at my school job on 8th March, I am starting to think about my vegetable plot, and planning what I can plant in the Easter holidays. I will probably resume my monthly gardening posts.

I think the projects that I have picked have a bit of a Spring feel to them.

I really like the Bunny Comforter from Mimi Swan. Lovely big pink ears, and the post has instruction on how to make one.

Sew Crafty Crochet has been using wool from her stash to make this beautiful blanket. Love the colours, and that details of pompoms round the edge is perfect.

I could not resist Lalka Crochetka's fluffy alpacas. My dream is to have some alpacas of my own. These cuties only make me want them more.

And finally Zeleni Trenutki has made some specially adapted gloves for photography. And if you want to see some signs of Spring it is worth visiting her blog to see some beautiful photographs.

Ginx Woolly Linx Party December

 

Welcome to the Ginx Woolly Linx Party for December. I have just put up my Christmas Tree. Never done this quite so early, but I feel like we all need a bit of extra cheer. There are so many things that we won't be able to do this year - no nativity shows or carol services at the school where I work, none of the Christmas get togethers, but one place where we can still get Christmassy is our decorations, and of course our crafting.

Sandra of Hakelfieber has made her Bobo into a toadstool.  To me he looks festive, and I just love the details - his hat, his ruffle and the grass around his feet. He is also photographed so beautifully.

Andrea of Ich- völlig ungeschmink created a magical Christmas forest in a cup.

Tonna of Sew Crafty Crochet has been using the wool in her stash to make some beautifully coloured bright Christmas Baubles.

And finally Linda of Linda's Crafty Corner has crocheted a Christmas cushion. The tree design looks great with this mix of colours.

Ginx Woolly Linx Party November

I hope that everyone who visits the link party is keeping well, and your family and friends. Life does seem hard at the moment, and the only way through seems to be to look for small pleasures, and to be kind to each other. I hope that my party is one of those small pleasures.

I liked Sandra of Hakelfieber's crochet pencils. She has translated the pattern from the original Russian into German.

Julie of Sum of Their Stories has made a lovely baby blanket in yellow and pink. So pretty with those spirals, daisies and hearts.

Carolyn of Flickensalat has also used a lovely colour combination - pink, grey and while. I really like this checkerboard cushion, and she has made a lovely throw from the rest of the wool.

And finally Caroline of Inekedcblog has made these really imaginative fish dungarees. Aren't they adorable.

Ginx Woolly Linx Party October

 

Most months I get around everyone's blog and comment, but this time the end of the month has rather snuck up on me. So apologies, but I have visited all your blogs, and really enjoyed all your projects.  I did not even get my garden diary post written this month, so am going to go for a two month summary in October. 

Alexandra of Eye Love Knots has a lovely pattern for this Through the Window Hat. There is also a Through the Window Scarf. I think this stitch and the colours used is just magical. 

Leyla of Silk and Wool has working on macrame. Lots of lovely projects, and my favourite was this bag. We really don't see enough macrame. 

Sandra at Hakelfieber has made a stunning dreamcatcher from this lovely mandala.

And finally I had to pick this sunny top from Liz at Howling at the Moon. My daughter is also at the age when she loves a crop top, and she would really like this one.

Thank you all for joining in the party. Rain is pouring down outside, and although I love knitting at any time of year, we really are getting to that time of year when you need to hunker down for the evening with a good old project. So don't forget to share what you are working on in October.

Ginx Woolly Linx Party September

Leyla of Silk and Wool has made two wonderful crochet dresses by designer Nadia Dunaeva. The red one has a bit of a rustic peasant feel, and the gold one is very elegant. It is worth visiting her blog to see both.

Ulrike of Ulrike's Smaating has made this cute little vintage caravan for a competition. It really sums up summer.

Linda of Linda's Crafty Corner's Indianna Afghan is made with mosaic crochet. I just love the mix of colours and design.

And a very different style blanket from Tonna of Sew Crafty Crochet. She has shared this beautiful undulating waves blanket. Love this pattern and the wonderful textures of the wool.

Con Hilos, Lanas y Botones has made these lovely Glastonbury Socks. She has also given me some good ideas on how to photograph socks, which is always a bit of a problem.

Inekedc Blog has been making animals. This is just one, and it is always interesting to read about what inspired her, and to catch up on some cookery ideas too.

And finally I could not resist showing you this elegant herringbone bag from Howling at the Moon. Simply beautiful.

The features this month seem to all be garments.

Flickensalat has been making some clothes for her grandaughter's teddy bear. I thought this little cardigan was really cute, with its colourful stripes and buttons.

Con Hilos, Lanas y Botones has made this gorgeous Aiko summer top. I thought you might like to see the back view, which is just as lovely as the front.

Howling at the Moon has made this crochet sweater for her daughter. Her post reminded me of what I wrote about my daughter's knitted sweater. For a fashion conscious daughter you have to get it right.

And finally Hakelfieber has made this beautiful mermaid scarf. So pretty, and all those scales must have been a lot of work.

Alexandra of Eye Love Knots has shared this pattern for a Dinosaur Spike Hat. Why do children love dinosaurs so much? My son would have absolutely loved this hat, and perhaps he still would in a different "I'm off to a festival" way.

Anelie of Heart Deco has shared a pattern for this Tulip Bag. A beautiful bag, and I love anything that encourages us to use less plastic.

And finally Analia of Handmade by Analia has shared this brilliantly bright cushion, which her little bear is on a mission to climb.
